We have two categories to ensure age-appropriate coaching:
- Junior Class: For ages 11-14
- Regular Class: For ages 15-25
Not at all. As long as your child is at an upper beginner level or above, they are welcome to join.
The program is structured into 4 levels, and each level consists of 6 sessions. Students can move up as their confidence and skills improve, step by step.
Currently, our program is fully online to accommodate students from around the world. This allows flexibility and access no matter where you are.
Yes. students receive a Placement Report before class start and a Final Reportat the end of each level,
that include clear scoring indicators, detailed coachfeedback, and suggestions for improvement.
Parents will get a full picture oftheir child's progress.Yes! At the end of the program,
you will receive a certificate of completion from the MUN Academy.
Yes, you can as long as you confirm no later than one day before (H-1) your scheduled session.
Same-day rescheduling is only allowed for urgent or force majeure reasons (e.g., illness, accident, or other critical emergencies)
and requires approval from the program management.
If you do not attend and fail to give notice within 20 minutes after the session starts,
the class will be considered forfeited (counted as used).
The missed material may be adjusted or compressed in upcoming sessions (subject to time availability).
If rescheduling isn't possible, please note that the coaching session may not be fully delivered, due to the missed meeting.
You may also choose to book a replacement session by paying an additional fee to cover the forfeited class
